Eviction Court - Pro Se

All eviction court cases are to be filed by 12:00pm on the deadline date. Deadline for attorney filing for this date is August 9. All court dates are set at 1:30pm.

Small Claims and Evictions may be filed Pro Se (without an attorney) or with an attorney. All case filings are started in the Clerk’s Office with a fee at the time of filing. Cases are filed in the Floyd Superior Court #2 and initial filings are heard by the Magistrate on the second floor of the City County Building. Proceeding Supplemental are heard in the Floyd Superior Court No. 2 on the fourth floor of the City County Building.
